We are a USA company that does specialized design layouts and fabrication of materials used for insulation, isolation, gaskets, visual displays and thermal protection in electric motors, electric clutches, scientific instruments, sensors and probes, and hydraulics, etc.
We produce two-dimensional laser-cut products made from Nomex® 410 paper and similar insulation and isolation materials. Part size is up to 12 by 24 inches and we do short runs when only a few pieces are needed for prototypes and production runs. We deliver with quick turn around time, and we can do larger jobs with deliveries spread-out over time.
We can faithfully reproduce your complex two-dimensional designs. We can work with many file formats, but most jobs are done from 2D diagrams with the customer supplying the desired part in one of various file formats including: CDR, CGM, PDF, DWG, DXF, EPS, GEM and SVGV.
We also cut and engrave bi-laminated plastics, which are commonly engraved [sublimated] for use as very durable machine labels, equipment operating instructions and special informational signs. These parts can be made from a wide selection of two color composites using materials suitable for indoor or outdoor applications. Corner rounding and punched holes are provided when desired.
Fabricated components can be made to your needs, with no limitations in shape or complexity of design.
The cut components suffer very minimal or no material stress on sensitive/fragile materials. With minimum waste of material.
No special tooling is required for lower cost and more flexible parts, and a more adaptable production line that can provide prototypes or short runs in days.
